About Quadrum Cyber

Independent advisor for the
most consequential cyber decisions.

We founded Quadrum Cyber on a simple conviction: enterprises don’t suffer from a shortage of cybersecurity reports — they suffer from advice that is not actionable resulting in the right decisions never being made.

Our mission

Stop findings from collecting dust.

Too often, an organization commissions an assessment, receives a thick report, and files it away — while the threats it described continue to evolve at the speed of AI. Quadrum Cyber exists to close that gap: to turn findings into decisions, and decisions into measurable risk reduction.

We are advisory-first. We don’t sell tools, resell platforms, or provide hands-on implementation. That independence is deliberate — it means our only product is judgment, and our only incentive is your outcome.

How we’re different

Built for the CISO.

Most cyber consultancies are built to sell what comes next — more tooling, more staff, more remediation hours — and that model quietly shapes their advice. We removed that conflict entirely: we don’t sell what we recommend, so the recommendation is the only thing we optimize for.

Quadrum Cyber is built for the CISO. We’ve sat in the chair and run security at global scale, so we see your program through the same lens you do — then bring the patterns, benchmarks, and hard-won insight from defending some of the world’s most complex enterprises. The result is independent, experience-backed advice you can act on with conviction — and carry into the boardroom with confidence.

Leadership

Founded by proven cybersecurity executives.

Two leaders with a combined half-century in cybersecurity, executive sponsorship of the industry’s most cited security research, and advisory experience at the highest levels of government and enterprise.

Kris co-founded Quadrum Cyber to close one of the hardest gaps in enterprise security — translating cyber risk into strategic certainty. Before Quadrum, he spent 25 years at Verizon across Europe and the U.S. — most recently as Sr. Managing Director for Global Cybersecurity Solutions, leading a 500+ person global team helping the Fortune 200 reduce cyber risk.
